What is it?
Nutritional therapy considers your diet, lifestyle and environmental factors which could be contributing to your health problems. I can help you with the following:
1. I can give ADVISE YOU ABOUT FOODS which may help relieve your symptoms, and foods which may actually be aggravating them
2. I can suggest and order TESTS* (eg. stool, urine, saliva, blood) which may identify the route cause of your health problems. Most commonly these are food intolerance tests, or tests which get to the route of your Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) but there are many others available. It is quite common for a poor digestive system, to be the underlying cause of a much more pronounced ailment.
3. I can suggest and order SUPPLEMENTS* which may help improve your health symptoms, or heal your digestive system. Supplements only contain natural ingredients but in many cases are just as potent, if not more so than pharmaceutical drugs.
Food and water fuel our body in the same way that a car needs petrol or diesel (and oil) to run at full par. If you put diesel in a petrol fuelled car, it won’t drive.
Similarly, If your body isn’t getting all the nutrients it needs, or if you are eating a food your body cannot tolerate your health will suffer, you become unwell or suffer unnecessary aches and pains.
Food is medicine: Nutritional Therapy could help you.
First consultation: 90 mins £60.00*
Follow up consultations: 60 mins £40.00*
* Please note that should you be advised to take supplements or a test to investigate your symptoms further, these will incur additional costs but you are not under any obligation to undertake them.
