Benefits of Massage
- reduces stress and induces relaxation
- rehabilitates stiff and sore muscles
- promotes suppleness of muscles
- improves circulation
Hot Stones Massage Neck, Back & Shoulders £22 / Full body £40
This massage uses hot stones made from basalt (from volcanic lava) as well as the hands to manipulate body tissues. The heat from the stones warms the skin which increases the absorption of oils and relaxes the muscles, to allow a deeper massage. One stroke with a hot basalt stone is said to be the equivalent of ten manual strokes with the hands.
Swedish Massage Neck, Back & Shoulders £20 / Full body £35
A more intense and invigorating massage using the hands, arms and elbows.
Indian Head Massage (including face massage) 40 minutes £20
This treatment is performed sitting in a chair (and clients may remain clothed if they prefer). It not only focuses on the head, but also the upper back, neck, shoulders and arms.
