Reflexology  60 minutes  £30
The feet are maps of the body!  Reflexology is a form of holistic massage which manipulates reflex points on the feet which correlate with areas of your body which may be under par and need healing.  Each foot is split into five zones and a treatment involves applying gentle pressure to these zones followed by applying pressure to set points on the feet which mirror parts of the body.  Reflexology is a deep form of relaxation so is great for treating stress, anxiety and depression.  It can also help to heal physical ailments eg. if you get frequent colds, headaches, digestive problems.  If you are suffering with a long term disease Reflexology cannot heal you, but may help to relieve symptoms of pain and improve your general health.

Hot Stones Massage  Neck, Back & Shoulders £22 / Full body £40.00
Oh!  These are heavenly ... This massage uses hot volcanic stones to soothe those aching muscles.  The heat from the stones encourages your muscles to relax better, allowing a much deeper massage.  If you are knotted up then these stones work better to break them down better than a normal massage.  If you're not knotted up, this treatment is one not to be missed!! 

Swedish Massage  Neck, Back & Shoulders £20 / Full body £35
An intensive massage using the hands, elbows and arms to ease those tight muscles.

Indian Head Massage (including face massage)  40 minutes £20 
Indian Head Massage treats the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper arms.  It is extremely effective for treating stress because it works on the area of the body most people experience their pain or discomfort.  The treatment is performed sitting in a chair and if clients prefer they can remain clothed.

Reiki Healing  60 minutes £30 
Reiki is a natural healing energy which revitalises the body and mind.  Over time our natural energies become depleted due to our busy and stressful lifestyles.  Whether you need an energy kick start, some relaxation therapy or some healing to lessen the symptoms of an illness Reiki could be for you.  During a treatment Reiki energy will be channelled into you via my hands at specific body points called chakras.  Chakras relate to emotional and physical aspects of your well-being.  You will remain fully clothed for the treatment and could feel hot or tingly sensations.  Most of all you will feel deeply relaxed.  Reiki is safe for everyone.  It is suitable for alleviating the symptoms of mental and emotional illnesses such as stress, depression and anxiety, and physical ailments such as broken bones, arthritis, heart imbalances, back problems ... the list is endless.  It can even be used to treat plants and animals.

Ear Candling  40 minutes £25 (price includes cost of candles)
Ear candles are an ancient and relaxing treatment used to help people suffering with excessive ear wax, snoring, sinusitis, rhinitis, glue ear, tinnitus, neuralgia, colds & flu, tonsilitus.  The candles stimulate energy flow circulation within the ear, nose and throat canals.   Also good for relieving stress and anxiety.  During the treatment you will be given Reiki healing and after the candles have been removed a facial massage to stimulate lymph drainage.

Holistic Facials  60 minutes £30 / Express facial £15
A gentle and relaxing facial using Forever Living Aloe Vera products.  Aloe vera is one of earth’s most cleansing plants and this facial will cleanse  the skin of day-to-day impurities, open your pores and leave your skin feeling supple and refreshed.
A full facial costs £30 for one hour and includes a face mask, and a neck, shoulders and scalp massage.
